Our World: News...

Our World: News...: "Check it out!"

News...

Unfortunately my plans of posting frequently were vanished due to my connections problems. I have internet in the office, but the minutes I have left are used to answer inquires of Brazilian customers and besides that personal matters. But I am making documents at home and then it will take only few minutes in the office to post. Last week I disappeared because I was washing a plate made of pottery (cuts moer than steel), seems a fairytale but that plate broked in my hands while I was washing and cutted about 1/4 of the top of my finger off. Was terrible for me, was supposed to be a simple day when actually was a nightmare, after my finger is back, I mean that can use it, not that it growed hahaha, I am not a crab. Anyway I at least can use to type, but using the whole week only the right hand is making me so weird, is complicated to use the left hand again, and now I even cant type with all my 12 fingers, I basicly use only 11 cause the one that was cutted is dead, it is hard to use.

So I had ideas during this week, is really complicated to find materials to study the FIBC industry, being a Marketing Executive gives me the opportunity to understand everything about this business, of course I won't have the experience that some Engineers and other responsibles have, working for 35 years, but I will have a good and general view, I strongly believe that my background, studying General Mechanics and Machining, working in the industry for half year is helping me, this background makes me capable to easily understand the machines and proccess, besides that the language is a strong factor. My English is really good to communicate, I still have to improve it of course, but I face problems in the factory to talk to the Engineers or responsibles, their English is pretty Indian, so the accent is sometimes understandable, but I always do my best.

I always will post about what I have been learning in the company, showing pictures of the machines and proccess, explaining in details what I can share. I just can't show the industrial secrets, there are many secrets in the company, so of course I will avoid telling them, but the general view I will be glad to share. I'm not only studying the manufacturing system, also working in the expantion of the market to Brazil and Latin America, the company is in over 27 countries, but Latin America that is a strong market isn't in their list, so my duty at RishiFIBC is register the company in Brazil, open an office, understand the market, the proccess and many other taskes.
Seems a normal task, but actually is extremely complicated, and I feel extremely glad to know that the Director and CEO of the company strongly believe in my potential, ideas and convictions giving me this awesome opportunity. Mr. Joseph Francis makes me really happy when he ask for advices, since the basic school in Brazil I knew that everything would be important to know, and nowdays I realize many things that this kind of thought have been changing in my life, since arts to philosophy. So I can share knowledges that other people can't see, or conclusions that are obvious to me and to others is complicated to understand. I know that all this is for sake of my efforts, besides that the culture that I lived in, is really important in the business and of course is hard for them to understand.

My next post I will talk about some machinery or type of FIBC Bulk Container, or even about my experience traveling, I haven't posted anything since the World Youth Congress and I'm sure that some people want to join and would love to know how it was.

Here follows a picture: Maharaja Palace, Baroda - India. My friend Ohara is in my right side. Soon will share more with you all.

Please if you have any advice or question, let me know... When I post about the FIBC Bulk Containers Industry, feel free to ask me anything. Will be glad to answer.

Thank you,
Best Regards,

Time to Express Myself

I am Neil Endrigo C. de Miranda, at the present I am a member of AIESEC , a NGO that focus human development through exchange experiences and I am the new employee of Rishi FIBC in Baroda, India. Where I shall work as a Marketing Executive.
At the present I live in Jakarta - Indonesia - while my Indian Visa is issued. Certainly Indonesia shall be in my heart forever, an Indonesian woman and all the amazeness of her land.

I post today to tell to all my AIESECer friends that have required me to creat this blog that I already "steped up", also to show to the world my experiences and projects that shall make our world a better place to live, express my thoughts and ideas.

I shall share things that are personal, but that problably may inspire minds, facts that changed my life and that may change yours too. I always felt afraid of sharing what I shall express, only who is really close know me very well and I think making my life an open book is the best thing to do, because everything started long time ago, not yesterday.

Welcome to my Our World,

Best Regards,

Portuguese language.

O português é "a última flor do Lácio, inculta e bela - Olavo Bilac"
